Vave Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Vave platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the Vave platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and active players.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and Vave. The terms apply to all aspects of the platform including, but not limited to, the slot games section, live casino, sports betting markets, deposit and withdrawal functionality, bonus and promotion participation, and customer support interactions.

Vave reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any revisions.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use Vave, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Vave does not allow anyone under 18 to register, deposit, play, or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You must be a real, natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, a company, or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Vave employee or associated service provider.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

Vave may require you to verify your identity at any stage. This may include providing a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering, you confirm that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Vave does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular location and is not responsible for your compliance with local laws. It is entirely your responsibility to determine whether your use of Vave is lawful where you are located.

03 Account Rules

One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold one active Vave account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the original may be permanently closed and any balance or winnings held in those accounts may be voided.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time codes sent to your registered phone number. Vave will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via [email protected].

Accurate information. You must keep your account information up to date. If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account accordingly. Vave is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues arising from outdated account information.

Account transfers. Vave accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or lend your account to any other person. Any attempt to do so is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Vave are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Vave supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits. Deposits are typically processed quickly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the volume of transactions being processed at any given time. Vave does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside Vave's control.

Minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. Vave reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The time taken to receive funds depends on the payment method selected. Vave aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Bank transfers may take longer than digital wallet withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Verification before withdrawal. Vave may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and prevent fraud. Players who have not yet completed verification are encouraged to do so proactively to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits or that have been verified and linked to your account.
• Vave reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the temporary hold or permanent forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
• Vave is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Vave may offer bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, reload bonuses, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any bonus-specific terms.

Wagering requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit ) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the offer details.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully registered and verified their account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Vave reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• Vave's decision regarding bonus eligibility and compliance is final.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Vave platform — including slots, live casino tables, and any other game format — are provided by third-party studios and operators. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All slot games and random number-based games on Vave use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game studios. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Vave does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Technical issues. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game, Vave reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any bets placed during a technically compromised round may be refunded to your account balance. Vave is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

• Vave is not responsible for errors in game rules descriptions provided by third-party studios.
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness.
• Use of any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited.

07 Sports Betting

The Vave sports section offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, with a focus on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC tournament events — as well as football, Esports, and other sports.

Bet acceptance. Vave reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to have been placed in error or that are inconsistent with normal betting patterns. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned, a match result being overturned by the relevant sporting authority, the use of incorrect odds due to a technical error, or evidence that a bet was placed after an event's outcome was already determined.

• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at Vave's discretion.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bets are placed on the correct event, market, and selection before confirming.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance.
• Vave uses official results from recognised sporting authorities to settle all bets. Unofficial or unverified results are not used for settlement purposes.
• Any dispute regarding a sports bet result must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event's completion.

08 Responsible Gaming

Vave is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming and sports betting should be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or manage stress. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget, a time limit, and a healthy attitude.

Vave provides self-management tools to help players stay in control. These include the ability to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Vave platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in games to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Vave reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited conduct.

Player-initiated closure. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact our support team via [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

Vave-initiated closure. If Vave closes your account due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not associated with any breach may be returned at Vave's discretion following a full review.

• Vave is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or closure.
• Appeals against account closures can be made by contacting support with full details of your case.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in our updated account policies.

11 Limitation of Liability

Vave provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates continuously and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vave and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from technical errors, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond Vave's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, game studios, or other service providers.
• Any decision you make to use the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

12 Privacy and Data

If you continue to use the Vave platform after updated terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
